How to Take Solpadeine Max Tablets 24

For oral use only. Always read the leaflet carefully before use.

Adults: Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as required. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 16–18 years: Take 1–2 tablets every 6 hours. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 12–15 years: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years: Not recommended due to the risk of severe side effects.

⚠️ Always leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Important Precautions Before Use

Do not exceed the recommended dosage on the label.
If pain continues after 3 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Contains Codeine, which may cause addiction if used for more than 3 days.
Overuse for headaches can actually make them worse.
May cause drowsiness or dizziness – avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
Do not take with any other medicine containing Paracetamol.
Not suitable if you are breastfeeding.
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, under medical supervision, or taking prescribed medicines.
